Job description

This is a remote position.

Monday through Thursday - 9am to 6pm Weston, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid break, plus 2 hours one evening or 2 a week, and Friday mornings

The role is responsible for overseeing virtual events, managing social media content, and coordinating marketing efforts across various platforms. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in social media management, content creation, and event planning, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Management:

  • Ensure accuracy of event dates in Google Calendar
  • Create and maintain event checklists
  • Monitor event marketing effectiveness
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during virtual events

Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop and schedule weekly social media content
  • Write promotional posts and weekly content
  • Create and manage content spreadsheets
  • Compose weekly email copy and monthly newsletters

Social Media Management:
  • Oversee content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and update Linktree
  • Coordinate with image department for visual content

Marketing and CRM:
  • Schedule emails and SMS campaigns in Go High Level CRM
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM-related issues
  • Coordinate with external teams on event updates and CRM changes

Team Management and Quality Assurance:
  • Review and approve work from team members
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all content and marketing materials

Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage inbox and communications
  • Create and maintain various spreadsheets and documents



Requirements
  • Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, MeetUp, Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Tockify)
  • Experience with CRM systems, in particular Go High Level
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Adaptability to take on various roles as needed
