2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry, High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred), Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, MLS listing experience, Ability to work during US Eastern Standard Time.
Key responsabilities:
- Ensure timely processing of acquisitions
- Act as a representative for customers during settlement
- Review and enter contracts and settlement statements into CRM
- Manage relationships with title companies
- Assist with property marketing and coordination with construction department
