Specialist, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to our Global Human Resources team. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to drive strategic initiatives relative to our recruitment processes. You will work to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, while also providing cross-functional support at the regional level. This position will be based at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location.

About this role

As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition focusing on Recruitment processes, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our recruitment workflow. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide system support.

  • Implement new Talent Acquisition methodologies/initiatives as and when required to satisfy specific Business & Talent Acquisition requirements.

  • Understand business and HR engagement for future hiring demand plans that will influence candidate attraction and talent pooling strategy and provide TA insights that may impact headcount and organizational planning.

  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Take steps to understand the business environment and industry landscape of customer groups to structure the Talent Acquisition process and provide innovations in sourcing.

  • Collaborate with leaders to provide an enhanced candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

  • Guide hiring managers ensuring they understand the recruiting process from posting positions to interviewing candidates and providing final selection.

  • Relevant in-house/RPO client facing TA experience gained in large complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders.

  • This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive professional with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships. You can guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes.

  • Act as an ambassador for the Talent Acquisition function, always behaving ethically and professionally driving the ‘best practice’ message with focus on filling open positions with the best qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Proactively act as a catalyst to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

  • Ensure best fit organizational design and delivery model of Talent Acquisition services, to deliver the best customer experience- for the business and candidates.

  • Keep connected with best practice developments and innovations within the Talent Acquisition discipline outside the organization.

  • Leading or contributing to Talent Acquisition projects or improvement initiatives e.g. Diversity & Inclusion projects, process and technology enhancements.

  • Additional responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.

       Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business related field

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with limited oversight, to provide input or guidance to hiring managers recruitment needs.

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations, working closely with internal and RPO recruitment teams, with

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, processes, and best practices.

  • Experience with recruitment technology solutions and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Preferred).

  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources function with the ability to support HR practices outside of the Talent Acquisition function.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and pivot to support changing organizational needs.
