As part of the team, we’re looking for a skilled CAD Operator who can also assist with various administrative tasks to support our daily operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile CAD Operator with the ability to perform administrative tasks as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise CAD drawings for tile design projects and assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with a passion for design and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

CAD Design Duties:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for custom tile designs based on client specifications and design team input.
• Modify and revise existing drawings as needed throughout the design and installation process.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop accurate layouts, measurements, and design concepts.
• Ensure all CAD drawings meet technical and project requirements, adhering to industry standards.
• Assist in maintaining an organized database of design files, project documentation, and reference materials.
• Provide support in the preparation of client presentations, including visual renderings and design plans.

Administrative Support Duties:

• Respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries as needed.
• Adhere to strict turnaround times per the standard procedure within the office
• Perform data entry, update spreadsheets, and maintain project records in the company’s project management and pricing system
• Organize and manage office supplies, orders, and administrative paperwork.
• Help with invoicing, billing, and other financial tasks as required.
• Provide general support to the sales and design teams, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CAD Operator, preferably in the interior design, construction, or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar CAD software.
• Strong technical drawing skills with an understanding of design concepts and construction details.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in CAD design, architecture, or interior design are a plus.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1200 - $1700
