Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will oversee advertising strategies on networks like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, PropellerAds, and other relevant channels, ensuring that campaigns meet business goals and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and achieve business goals.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify and segment target audiences to ensure messaging reaches the right demographic groups.
  • Ad Creation & Copywriting: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, compelling ads tailored to various platforms.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate marketing budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and returns.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to identify the best-performing creatives, messages, and targeting strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed performance reports to provide insights, assess success metrics, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices in digital marketing, making proactive adjustments to campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing ads across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta, Telegram Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and PropellerAds.
  • Analytics Tools: Solid experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tracking and reporting systems.
  • Creative Skills: Proven ability to craft engaging ad copy and coordinate with designers for visual assets.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets effectively to drive results.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, campaign performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Experience with A/B Testing: Familiarity with A/B testing and other performance enhancement techniques.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and product teams.
  • Experience with Growth Marketing Techniques: Strong understanding of user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to help scale campaigns and drive continuous growth.
  • Passion and knowledge about the crypto space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and email marketing.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
