The Product Owner (Spydus) bears a significant responsibility for the tactical execution of the Spydus product strategy, working in close partnership with the Product Manager to ensure coherence with the long-term vision and market demands. Requirements

What you will have to be successful in this role

  • This position necessitates a Product Owner who possesses robust analytical and collaborative skills to assist our team in developing high-quality products that fulfill the needs of both current and future customers, as well as effective problem-solving abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of library operations and the functionalities of Spydus is essential.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles is required.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively in order to maximize customer value delivery is crucial.
  • A strong technical background in cloud-based software solutions is expected.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications relevant to library management is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with library standards and best practices is essential.
