What you will have to be successful in this role
- This position necessitates a Product Owner who possesses robust analytical and collaborative skills to assist our team in developing high-quality products that fulfill the needs of both current and future customers, as well as effective problem-solving abilities.
- A comprehensive understanding of library operations and the functionalities of Spydus is essential.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management principles is required.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
- The ability to prioritize effectively in order to maximize customer value delivery is crucial.
- A strong technical background in cloud-based software solutions is expected.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications relevant to library management is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role is preferred.
- Familiarity with library standards and best practices is essential.
