CuringBusy is a Fully Remote company, providing subscription-based, remote Executive Assistant services to busy Entrepreneurs, Business owners, and Professionals across the globe. We help entrepreneurs free up their time by outsourcing their everyday, routine admin work like calendar management, email, customer service, and marketing tasks like social media, digital marketing, website management, etc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (EA/EVA) to provide administrative and operational support to executives and teams. The EVA/EA will handle scheduling, communication, and various other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and time management.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events, efficiently resolving conflicts
  • Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and organize reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and maintain digital files.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan logistics for travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Task & Project Management: Track task progress, meet deadlines, and coordinate with team members for smooth execution.
  • Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, process invoices/payments, and assist with account reconciliation.
  • CRM & Data Management: Configure CRM systems, implement automation, provide CRM insights, and ensure seamless use.
  • E-commerce: Manage product listings, monitor inventory, conduct market research, optimize product details, and interact with customers.
  • Lead Generation: Research leads, and target markets, and initiate outreach via email, calls, and social media.
  • Project Management: Plan projects, assign tasks, monitor progress, coordinate with departments, manage vendors, and report updates.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Oversee the company’s/client’s social media accounts.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Remote Assistant/Personal Assistant/Executive assistant or in a similar role, working in various departments (preferably handling US/UK clients).
  • Excellent English communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
