    • Developing identified content according to latest NASBA guidelines and standards, including the creation of requisite learning objectives, review questions with multiple choice answers with full answer explanations, multiple choice final exam questions, and relevant glossary terms.
    • Entering review and exam questions into testing software.
    • Arranging for the technical review of all prepared materials by independent outside experts.
    • Publishing finalized CPE on-demand programs online:
      • Finalizing all prepared materials according to technical reviewer’s feedback.
      • Creating cue points for on-screen question prompts and coordinating with PLI's multimedia team for their implementation.
      • Coordinating with PLI's accreditation and compliance team to obtain CPE accreditation for every program developed.
      • Updating program overview descriptions, learning objectives, and level of difficulty pursuant to NASBA guidelines and instructional design best practices
      • Performing online QA of all newly published programs on PLI.edu and PLI’s media player
      • Circulating notice of online program publication to all internal stakeholders.
    • Other responsibilities include:
      • Maintaining updated cumulative “master glossary” of all relevant glossary terms.
      • Maintaining and expanding pool of qualified technical reviewers, including annual updates to independent contractor agreements.
      • Processing all technical review payment requests.
      • Maintaining relevant digital records of all programs developed within appropriate OneDrive folders.
      • Working with SECI CPE On-Demand Product Owner to maintain master tracking spreadsheet of all (PLI and SECI) CPE on-demand programs developed.
      • Circulating weekly CPE on-demand updates to all internal stakeholders.
      • Verifying accuracy and number of all programs listed on PLI’s CPE On-Demand landing page, “CPE (NASBA) for Accountants and CPAs”.
      • Reviewing and republishing previously published content when appropriate.
      • Acting as PLI’s CPE on-demand SME throughout the organization.
      • Collaborate with PLI’s accreditation and compliance team and IT team to ensure the reliability of the testing software and accurate CPE credit calculation and certificate issuance.
      • Address substantive content-related questions from attendees and escalate them to faculty if necessary.
    • Other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-7 years of experience in educational assessment content development required.
