The Manager of Demand Generation is a growth obsessed marketer with proven skills in developing and executing programs that convert leads in mid-low funnel stages. The right person thinks beyond leads, focusing on engaging and converting the right people at our prospective customer accounts. They are masterful at developing customer journeys and programs that drive consideration and conversion among our potential buyers. In this role, you must strike the right balance of planning and executing, with a relentless drive to constantly test and improve. This person is proactive and has a high level of personal accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute demand generation programs focusing on converting leads in the funnel using multi-channel execution; channels include ABM, email marketing, organic and paid search, organic and paid social
- Identify key triggers that enable segmentation through marketing automation and lead nurturing
- Ensure messaging resonates perfectly for each segment and oversee content within each touchpoint
- Work with sales to improve messaging, positioning, and outreach tactics that strengthen conversion
- Forge strong partnerships with internal teams such as partner marketing, BDRs, and Sales to guarantee the prompt rollout and seamless orchestration of campaigns.
- Gather data to inform the buyer’s journey, strategically anticipating the role of marketing at each touchpoint
- Collaborate with external resources to ensure our organic search and social programs are continuously optimized, reaching our ICP, and converting to meetings and opportunities
- Partner with internal and external creative and copywriting resources to design and develop content that drives engagement and conversion
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, calendars, budget, timelines, and processes
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, ideally within a growth-oriented or early stage B2B SaaS or fintech business
- Strong understanding of CRMs (specifically HubSpot, Salesforce and Outreach), go-to-market strategies and marketing automation
- Strong ability to use a data driven approach to measure the impact of campaign activities
- Working knowledge of social selling best practices
- Experience integrating social media into a B2B demand generation strategy
- Experience with lead scoring & nurture programs to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle
- Experience creating and running multi-channel campaigns, with an emphasis on lower funnel conversion
- Strong communications skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
