Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • No previous customer service experience required; training will be provided
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
