Description

This highly visible position is responsible for designing memorable, measurable customer experiences that uplift and engage our customers, as well as reduce friction, throughout each stage of the customer journey. You will be responsible for leading and transforming our customer experience (CX) for all Dodge products. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable motivation to design, deploy and quantify empathetic customer experiences using a proven methodology and framework, as well as lead high-performing team members to success. You will be integral to Dodge’s growth and help shape the future of the organization.

 

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

 

Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours

  • This is a remote, home-office role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. 
  • There is a preference to hire in the Dallas, TX area.

 

Travel Requirements

Expected travel for this role is approximately 10% per year to in-person company meetings for training, coaching and planning.

 

Essential Functions

  • Lead the team responsible for developing engaging, positive and frictionless customer experiences across Dodge Construction Network’s portfolio of products
  • Utilizing a customer experience framework, move through each phase of the customer journey for each product and clearly define current state, design ideal state, develop and launch new experiences utilizing structured methodology and research principles
  • Share project milestones and timelines and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Leadership to design experiences that uplift our customers and give our internal teams a sense of pride
  • Continuously optimize and make improvements to the customer journey after gathering data points and business results, as well as learnings and feedback from customers and internal teams
  • Identify additional areas of focus based on friction, sentiment, and overall complexity required to address
  • Own Voice of the Customer program and actively evangelize customer feedback and sentiment across the organization to drive customer empathy
  • Lead team responsible for prospect and customer communications; driving campaign strategy, timing, messaging and audiences and channel (1:1 or 1:many)
  • Drive a customer-centric culture across the organization, fostering collaboration all levels

 

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a marketing discipline

 

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Experience and/or Marketing preferably in a fast paced, high growth, SaaS environment
  • 4+ years of experience leading a Marketing team and managing projects with direct supervisory responsibility for team members
  • Ability to craft an effective creative brief and provide design and copy direction that will evoke the appropriate feeling (as defined by the ideal-state customer journey)
  • Working knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Lookr, or equivalents) and Martech, including ESPs (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate outcomes and opportunities
  • Expert proficiency with software including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of Project Management principles

Salary Disclosure

Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
