Job Overview:

As a Sleep Medicine Physician, you will work closely with our cardiologists and vascular specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with sleep disorders that are often linked to cardiovascular health. Your role will be vital in managing conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), insomnia, and other sleep-related disorders that can influence heart health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as OSA, restless leg syndrome, and narcolepsy, with a focus on cardiovascular health.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including CPAP therapy, lifestyle modifications, and sleep hygiene recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients on how improving sleep can enhance heart health.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in Sleep Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted TX medical license.
  • Fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting.
