Product Manager, Shop & Swile+

Swile is seeking a Product Manager to drive our Marketplace Products. In this role, you will develop and execute the product strategy for our customers and employee marketplace, with a focus on increasing revenue, optimizing margins, and accelerating growth. You'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key objectives include crafting effective monetization strategies, expanding our partner network, and enhancing user engagement. You'll work directly with senior leadership to align product initiatives with company goals, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Success in this role means delivering measurable business results: increased revenue, improved margins, and substantial growth in both volume and user base. What you will do?
  • Build & maintain a consistent product roadmap aligned with Swile's broader strategy
  • Ensure standardization, scalability & agility are key components of our products and partnerships
  • Use data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Present market analysis to guide stakeholders and our product towards Swile's goals
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for our products and users
  • Build and execute product monetization strategies, collaborating with Finance, Legal & Compliance
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with technology partners to power our product
  • Conduct technical assessments on APIs, ensuring partner suitability for Swile's ecosystem
  • Develop product requirements and specifications aligned with stakeholder needs
  • Define and track KPIs, regularly reporting product success to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead by influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with engineering on high-level technical specifications and architecture decisions
  • Drive innovation that positions Swile as a leader in the employee benefits marketplace
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch

  • Base requirements
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields (or relevant professional experience)
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Proven track record working on mobile apps
  • Proven track record working on marketplace products
  • Experience working on product monetization strategy

  • Preferred requirements
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience working on globally available products
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Experience working on Metabase, Looker or other data visualization tools
