CDP & Marketing Activation Lead

The Role:

Logitech is looking for a bright & well-rounded CDP & Marketing Activation Lead to support Logitech's operation teams in the execution of marketing campaigns, by helping define and create a target audience, made by segmenting available data inside Logitech's Customer Data Platform.

JOB MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shape Logitech’s customer experience by playing a central role within our marketing and customer experience teams through customer segmentation  

  • Definition and documentation of guidelines for building audiences

  • Creation and maintenance of a naming convention and taxonomy for segments

  • Ensuring a basic, common understanding of the existing data model set in the CDP for all stakeholders

  • Capture business requirements and translate into user stories for delivery

  • Own the process of segment creation and activation to delivery platforms

  • Perform enhancements and tweaks to existing segments composition where required

  • Keep the activated audience data organized, up to date, and shared for the required time for each campaign

  • Setup and configuration of standard activation channels

  • Monitor existing data flows, both inbound and outbound, to ensure that data is ingested properly and sent for delivery accordingly

  • Analyze platform insights and reports on existing data

  • Analyze consumer life-cycle and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Troubleshooting segmentation and activation issues directly or via vendor support

  • Implement a shared way of working and rules of engagement for other teams to interface with the platform and obtain support

JOB REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on Customer Data Platforms within a business function  

  • Experience with data management solutions or databases and their capabilities

  • Experience with Salesforce marketing technologies

  • Experience in digital marketing and related reporting

  • Understanding of Salesforce Core and its key concepts

  • Understanding of marketing automation and journey orchestration concepts

  • Understanding of core SQL concepts

  • Understanding of paid media ecosystem concepts

  • Understanding of personalization and CRO concepts

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
