About the role
We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner, to drive and support the development of Private Care products to achieve even better solutions for our customers. Private Care in Health Suite is developing and delivering healthcare information system called Dynamic Health. With us you can build technology for the good of private healthcare providers and make your mark on the health and wellbeing of people in need.
In this role you will be acting as a Product Owner for API solutions of Dynamic Health product. In your daily work you will be working in close co-operation with both internal and external stakeholders. As a Product Owner your main responsibility is to deliver customer value based on teams building the right things.
In this role you will
Lead the development process of prioritized features and change requests by making the development plan and specifications to enable team to work efficiently
Enable team to deliver customer valued features
Make sure that expectations of product management and our customers are met in your area of responsibility
Co-operate tightly with our customers to understand their needs and requirements, and translate those into value adding features and business success
Take part to roadmap and release planning
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint goals
Make sure that quality requirements are met and productization material is produced
Work in cross-functional team consisting of e.g. other product owners, application specialist, sales, product management, architects and release manager
Understand the product related legislation e.g. GDPR, MDR
Keep up to date with competition and the market
Support the sales process with domain and product knowledge
We are looking for someone with
Previous work experience as a Product Owner in software product development
Previous work experience in API development or system integrations e.g. REST/SOAP
Competence to discuss with our customers about their needs and requirements
Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe process and principles
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent written and verbal Finnish and English language skills
Preferably experience in private healthcare domain or knowledge of patient information systems
Most importantly, you are motivated and eager to learn
