Start Date: January 2025

Are you a recent graduate eager to start your career in supply chain management? Join our Philips team, where you'll gain hands-on experience in customer order management, logistics, and continuous improvement across Western Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, from receipt to final delivery.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Sales, Warehousing, GBS) to resolve issues.

  • Execute improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Assist in building and aligning business forecasts with the sales team.

  • Support the S&OP process with accurate demand planning data.

  • Maintain and apply Operational Excellence tools and methodologies.

  • Support Kaizen and Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • Fluency in Italian and English; another European language (French, Spanish, German) would be a plus.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
