Title of Position: Process and Data Analyst II

Position Type: Full-Time.

Compensation Range: $65,000.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Hybrid/Remote opportunity for candidates residing ONLY in NY, NJ or PA

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • You will partner with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and assist in the implementation of process improvement and process re-engineering projects.
  • You will be a contributor in productively moving work through the requirements-to-release pipeline. You will act as the liaison between technical development and project stakeholders to facilitate communication, consistency, and maintain project scope.
  • You will be responsible for conducting process audits and performance assessments on new and
    existing solutions to ensure effectiveness.
  • You will also provide training and support to team members to ensure that best practices are followed.
  • You will work with relational database sources (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, etc.) to provide
    output for informational purposes and marketing campaigns.
  • Additionally, you will work with visualization and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent to provide relevant and accessible data visualizations to management and clients.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of related process improvement and data analysis experience is expected, 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
  • Competency in project management and process re-engineering using a combination of related tools and other technologies is expected.
  • Competence with relational databases and SQL is expected.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Visio.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
  • Symitar infrastructure or other financial industry core platform.
