ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Revenue Enablement Team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading revenue enablement end-to-end projects. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally across multiple teams including Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops and other internal stakeholders to provide the day-to-day support of key enablement projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Revenue Enablement Advisor will play a critical role in the development and execution of both Enablement programs and projects. Over the course of an enablement project, this role will need to communicate with project members, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. This includes creating project plans, executing deliverables, creating communications, and building reports on program success.
- Gather learning needs, content, schedule, and scalability requirements for enablement development projects through working with business partners and subject matter experts
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements while leading project teams through all phases and activities of the project life
- Monitor and report on project progress and gather feedback post project to improve future enablement offerings
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the team and provide high quality and responsive services through frequent communication and quick resolution of issues
- Navigate competing priorities and make decisions autonomously to maximize impact
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with project and program stakeholders
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years enablement program/project management experience
- PMP certified
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Project Management systems such as: Microsoft project, Asana, or Jira
- Experience producing virtual workshops via Teams and use of the breakout room, whiteboard, and polling features

- Expert knowledge in project management, governance, and in leading change and innovation

- Proficient in identifying issues, effectively communicating them to management, and contributing to the development of solutions.
