Your missions

QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage the financial records for our client’s Airbnb properties and other real estate ventures. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring timely invoicing, and tracking expenses for both Airbnb properties and general contracting projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for multiple Airbnb properties and real estate ventures.
  • Track and categorize expenses, income, and payments related to short-term rentals and real estate.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
  • Generate monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow projections.
  • Handle invoicing, bill payments, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filings and coordinate with tax professionals.
  • Support the general contractor business with job costing, expense tracking, and financial oversight.
Requirements:
  • Experience in bookkeeping for Airbnb properties, real estate, or property management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking income and expenses from multiple sources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle financial data across different business entities.
  • Familiarity with real estate or general contracting bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Reliable, with the ability to work remotely during US business hours.
