Context/ ROLE

We are looking for a Run Developer to be a member of the Data team across Edenred group.

YOUR ROLE

You will be in charge of:

»  Analyze application logs and alerts

o   Monitor application logs and performance (Edenred Data Platforms and Edenchat

o   Daily checks

o   Contact dev team if needed

o   Contact business 1st line if needed

o   Enhancing the supervision & alerts KPIs

o   Providing resolution step to IT Ops team

»  Analyze and report customer issues or fix the issues by yourself

o   Understand the business process that is not working as expected

o   Contact Business 1st line to understand the issue

o   Analyze the issue

o   Report the issue to the development team

»  Recurring meetings with business 1st line

o   Report progress on current bug fixing

o   Follow the development team activities to inform the business 1st line of the current progress

»  Release packaging and notes

o   Reviewing all changes that have been made for a given release to be sure of the scope delivered and the quality of it.

o   Review all features that are encompassed in a release,

o   Make sure with dev team & business 1st line that they have been tested,

o   If needed, for technical changes without business requirements, performing tests with the dev. team,

o   Writing and communicate release note

»  Roll-out supervision in new countries of Data application

o   Supervising deployments of Data Solution whenever limited adaptation need to be made.

o   Review with Business Team the need

o   Validate each step of the deployment

o   Test the deployment

        YOUR PROFILE

Experience

»  Good communication skills, listening & understanding

»  Good teamwork

»  English fluent

»  2+ years experience in SQL,

»  2+ years experience in Agile methodology (Scrum)
