Abhyaz (MTAB Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd) is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business results.


Responsibilities:


  Core Functional Responsibilities:


-        Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.


-        Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.


-        Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.


-        Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for audience growth and engagement.


-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.


-        Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.


   General Functional Responsibilities:


-        Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.


-        Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and features to optimize performance and drive results.


-        Provide support and guidance to other team members on social media marketing strategies and tactics.


-        Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns.

Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


    Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.


    Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.


    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.


    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.


    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.


  Additional Requirements:


     Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.


     Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
