Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities, including but not limited to:

  • ISD, Facilities, HR, Finance, and legal budget and forecast planning and control, working closely with division team.
  • Monthly & Quarterly monitoring (period end close, forecast/actual variance analysis, landing estimates, and KPI progress, etc.)
  • Develop annual operating plan & monthly forecasts.
  • Create & maintain financial models & supporting analysis.
  • Preparation of reporting materials for management reviews.
  • Improvement of FP&A operations, ad-hoc requests, etc. 

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $93,500 - $140,500 This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay. [Modify this highlighted sentence based on whether the position is eligible for STI or SIP] Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
