Your missions

QA Analyst
Remote Position

Overview:
The QA Analyst will work closely with a cross-functional team in an agile development environment to deliver digital capabilities and exceptional customer experiences across mobile, online, stores, and third-party solutions. The role involves supporting the QA Lead in executing test cases, documenting defects, and contributing to the development sprint.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute test cases per QA lead’s instructions for sprint cycles and production releases.
Document and triage defects for prioritization and mitigation.
Update regression test suites and execute production test activities post-release.
Participate in requirement grooming, 3 amigo sessions, and provide QA estimations.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing and scrum activities.
Report testing metrics and collaborate with team members to resolve dependencies.
Drive continuous learning and improvements.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst focused on e-commerce and user experience testing.
1+ years of experience working in a Scrum/Agile team.
Experience with integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
Proficient in mapping test cases to requirements and building requirement matrices.
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Must be local to Columbus, OH (remote for candidates beyond an hour drive).
Experience with Mable automation or other low-code solution tools is ideal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with third-party applications and testing.
Knowledge of UI/UX testing and transaction order management.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
