Our Digital Retail entity aims to help our customers in their POS, Omnichannel, and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications). To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a program director to work with our clients and contribute to the development of our POS practice.
Your missions
You will work on the point of Sale (POS) management solutions, which are fully developed as part of the growth of connected digital commerce. In addition to the historical services of these solutions (sales management, stock, and in-store collection functions), they are evolving to integrate, for example:
- Digitalization of the point of sale (clienteling, cataloging, mobility)
- Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect, etc.)
- Unified inventory management
As Program Director, you are responsible for our strategic retail projects. In this sense, you oversee the following:
- The strategic scoping (definition of priority axes, analysis, and management of costing)
- Accompanying the client in the expression and analysis of their needs
- Analysis and auditing of retail processes
- Managing retail solution implementation projects (ensuring project governance and coordination, monitoring project planning and costs, managing risks)
- Supervision of consultant teams and coordinated the various actors involved in the projects
- Managing customer relations and customer satisfaction
You are a crucial element of the Retail practice and contribute to its development, whether in the pre-sales, offer construction and delivery phases, or in the recruitment and development of teams.
Your profile
- A graduate of an engineering or business school, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing retail projects and supervising teams.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of the retail world and cash management/point-of-sale solutions.
- You have a successful experience on one of the POS solutions of the market (Cegid CBR/Y2, Oracle, Diebold, Openbravo, Toshiba, NCR, ...).
- You know how to manage several projects in parallel, and you have worked in demanding contexts regarding quality.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of communication and are responsible for the smooth running of the project.
- You are comfortable working in international environments.
- You want to join a fast-growing retail business with an international presence with significant retail and luxury groups and, more generally, the ecosystem of connected commerce and customer success solutions (eCommerce, CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
