This position provides visibility to the overall performance of the Business, how financial activity flows through the accounting system, and how our actions impact Raytheon’s financial performance. It also provides an excellent opportunity for networking and building contacts within Finance and other RAY organizations, other RAY Business Units, and Corporate. Our department is involved in various high visibility teams across RAY that drive policies, establish financial guidelines, and set the direction of our financial organization for the future.
What You Will Do
Main focal point for reviewing and submitting all APEX labor transfers
Reviewing, approving, and posting cost transfers, travel and expense corrections, mass transfers and WIPPROs
Assist with reviewing and submitting PRISM and Vendor LAT’s
Perform required reconciliations between CO and FI modules of APEX
Support Government audits by providing data and addressing DCAA/DCMA requests for information
Perform ad hoc projects ranging in complexity, as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
Typically requires 5 years MS Office experience
Experience in APEX and Excel
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

Proficient/experienced in PRISM
Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards (CASB) Disclosure Statement and Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)
Strong leadership skills; ability to communicate effectively with all management levels

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
