Design Creative Associate

We have a current opportunity for a Design/Creative Associate as we continue to grow. This is a full-time remote position, with preference for those living in the Eastern or Central time zone. This role is crucial to Amplity’s corporate marketing team, supporting our creative and branding initiatives across various channels. As we continue to expand and rebrand, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling visuals and designs that align with our evolving brand identity. Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you will deliver consistent, innovative, and high-quality creative work that strengthens our multi-channel marketing strategies.

You will play an integral role in the visual design of Amplity’s digital presence and marketing campaigns, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. Your contributions will shape the company’s website, social media presence, and ongoing rebranding efforts, helping to maintain and innovate upon Amplity’s visual identity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Social Media Content: Create engaging and visually impactful content tiles for both organic and paid social media, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Paid Social Media Design: Design high-performing paid social media advertisements, optimizing visuals for different platforms and audience segments.
  • Ongoing Rebranding of Assets: Support the rebranding process by redesigning and updating existing brand assets, ensuring that all materials meet the latest brand standards.
  • Metrics Reporting Design: Design visually compelling reports as needed to present key performance metrics, translating data into digestible formats.
  • Event Focused Asset Design: Create on-brand visuals and assets for conferences, webinars, and podcasts including booth materials, email marketing assets, landing page assets slide decks, looping or animated power points for show floor usage, give-away items, and other needed promotional materials, ensuring a professional and polished presentation.
  • Website Design & Templates: Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to design and develop new web pages, templates, and user interfaces using WordPress and Figma. Ensure consistency with our branding and optimal user experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Email & Landing Page Templates: Collaborate with the marketing automation team to design email and landing page templates that are visually appealing, responsive, and effective for campaign conversions.
  • Creative Execution: Execute innovative and high-quality designs for a variety of marketing materials, ensuring creative assets meet the required brand standards and quality levels.

Skills & Experience:

  • BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in visual design, branding, and/or marketing, ideally within a corporate or creative agency environment.
  • WordPress & Figma: Must be proficient in designing using these platforms.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Social Media Savvy: Understanding of best practices for designing visual assets and introducing new concepts across multiple social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Marketing Automation Platform: Must have experience designing assets for one or more MAP such as Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Active Campaign, MailChimp, Marketo., etc.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to ensure all creative assets are brand-compliant and error-free.
  • Rebranding Experience: Hands-on experience with rebranding projects and maintaining visual consistency across all assets.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Skilled in using Adobe Premiere Pro

Points of Accountability:

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work adheres to and elevates Amplity’s brand standards.
  • Creative Contribution: Continuously bring fresh, creative ideas and design innovations to the table, enhancing our brand presence across digital and print media.
  • Collaborative Workflow: Partner with cross-functional teams, including, Learning, IT, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of design projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to keep Amplity’s creative assets cutting-edge.
  • Learning Mindset: Knowing that Amplity will introduce new processes and marketing technologies as the company builds out its corporate marketing function, the person in this role must be willing to embrace new challenges, take on new skills, and learn by doing.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to support broader creative and branding initiatives put forth by the Chief Marketing Officer, our Senior Content Marketing Directors, and other business leaders in Amplity Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy discussions.
  • Assist in vendor selection and management for external creative resources as needed, and work with vendors as needed.
