Full Stack .NET Developer (Remote – Latin America)

Looking for your next big move in healthcare tech? We’re hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer to work on Medicare-related systems. You’ll join a team focused on backend development and systems programming in .NET, with SQL Server as your playground.

What you'll do:
  • Maintain and upgrade healthcare-based systems, specifically around Medicare.
  • Dive into backend development in .NET, with a focus on stability and long-term projects.
  • SQL Server will be your go-to for data management.
  • Occasionally work on API integrations, but the core focus is backend.
Who we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of .NET development experience – you’re not new to this.
  • Fluent in English (C1 preferred, B2 accepted). You’ll be communicating with U.S. teams.
  • Healthcare or Medicare claims experience is a big plus.
  • Candidates with strong, stable project history (long-term projects, not just quick contract work).
