The Member Benefits Administration division at BCBST is looking to add a PBX Operator to our team. Previous call center or switchboard experience is preferred. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with all lines of business within BCBST by answering and re-directing phone calls to the appropriate team, or individual, to suit the callers’ needs. This role will have a weekly rotating shift to cover the hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm Eastern. Overtime may be required per business needs.
