Customer success or client service experience in SaaS and/or hospitality, Working knowledge of Hospitality PMS/POS solutions, Experience managing stakeholders and customers at various levels, Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, Bachelor's degree preferred, German language skills needed.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage key clients and operational service expectations
- Coordinate service requests and client inquiries
- Initiate features and development requests
- Drive process improvements and act as the client's voice internally
- Support sales team with renewals or upgrades
