Senior Backend Engineer with Cloud Focus

• As a Software Engineer at Dynatrace, you will help to take our product to new heights and extend our leadership in the field of unified observability and security. 
• You will feel at home if you want to understand the value the product delivers to customers and want to have a real impact on it. 
• You will make sure that our product delivers answers, not just raw data, so that our customers can navigate and make sense of application setups that are otherwise too complex to grasp. 
• You will help us to build cloud integrations that are reliable, resilient and performant at the enterprise scale. 
• You will use the product you create to monitor the product you create. 
• You will have the opportunity to convert your ideas into patents with your name on them. 

• +5 years of experience in backend software development (preferably in Java, but open to other object-oriented languages) and architectural design 
• Experience with building and designing solutions in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus however if missing then we can teach you developing cloud-native skills. 
• Experience with clean code, design patterns, etc. 
• Knowledge of multi-threaded and performance-oriented applications. 
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills 
• Experience in developing distributed and multi-tier applications 
• Experience with CloudWatch is a plus 
• Good English skills 
• Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach

Compensation  and rewards  

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.    

• Salary: 16k - 24k PLN gross per month 

• Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
