The sales enablement function was launched to empower revenue teams.
Our mission is both strategic and operational. We aim at connecting revenue teams and at facilitating alignment between them. We oversee end-to-end performance and impact sales metrics through the implementation of new sales enablement efforts and initiatives (process, methodology, coaching & training...).
The main objectives at Alma are:
- To accelerate growth in volume with always a special focus on profitability and the win of the most strategic merchants by ramping up the existing sales team
- To scale at an European level by first cross-border deals and then local enterprise deals in key geographies including Italy, Spain, Benelux & Germany with the close support of local sales teams.
As a Sales Enablement key team member, we will expect you to drive initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. To do so, you will work closely with product marketing managers, sales managers and RevOps professionals.
About the mission
You will directly report to the Sales Enablement Lead and your main responsibilities will consist in (but not limited to):
- Set Onboarding programs with onboarding objectives and objectives assessments
- Create Training blocks according to competencies grids for each job
- Centralize and homogenize knowledge through the Knowledge base
- Run the Enablement Hours
- Create a Media library of top Revenue contents (podcasts, articles, videos) and class them by type, topics, level
- Work in pair with the Revenue Operation professionals to facilitate CRM navigation and sales automation with sales tools
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy

You will play a strong role in Alma’s success, ensuring that sales enablement efforts go in line with its short-term and long-term business objectives and result in revenue growth.
- Revenue Growth: By training and equipping sales teams, you will contribute to increased sales and the acquisition of strategic new clients.
- Team Performance Improvement: Your training initiatives and process optimizations will boost the productivity and efficiency of sales teams.
- European Expansion: You will support Alma's expansion into key new markets, strengthening our leadership position in Europe.
- Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Better-trained sales teams will provide an improved customer experience, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Who are you going to partner with?
As Enablement is a core role at Alma, it will require an alignment with different internal stakeholders, from Growth Marketing to Account Manager, so that you embrace a wide and coherent view and get everyone on board!
About you
Your profile :
- Bachelor/Master's degree (recent graduate or near completion) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management attitude and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in Tech products and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences (either academic or professional)
- Understanding of sales and/or customer success processes and tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Modjo) is appreciated
- Proficient with Notion, Google Slides, and project management software.
- Availability for 6 months internship minimum starting from 7th January 2025
- Languages : Both fluent in French and English

- Project-management skills: you will always have to deal with multiple initiatives and projects. And you will be responsible for overseeing their execution and outcomes. In order to be able to do this effectively, we need you to have solid project management and organisational skills.
- Data driven: be able to analyse large sets of quantitative and qualitative data in order to examine which aspects of their initiatives were effective. For example, when creating and leading new training programs, you will have to analyse how effective the programs were in terms of preparing revenue teams for delivering the best outcomes of their work
- Tech-savvy: whether it concerns SEP (sales engagement platform) such as Salesloft, CRM (Salesforce) or any other sales tool, you are at ease to train the teams and make the most of it to become more productive.
- Solution oriented: when you face a sticky situation, you put all your efforts to find a suitable solution
