About the Job

The Marketing Director for Visby Medical's PCR Molecular Diagnostics franchise will be responsible for driving the strategic and tactical direction of the company's marketing efforts. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals in supporting the sales force through the creation of impactful sales tools, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies that generate awareness, interest, and demand for Visby's products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Director will help expand Visby’s market presence, accelerate future sales growth, and transform customer relationships from tactical to strategic partnerships.

  • Commercialization: Oversee the commercialization of marketing initiatives across multiple segments, ensuring Visby’s products and services are positioned to meet evolving customer needs and drive engagement.
  • Innovation & Expansion: Drive the adoption of new innovations and strategic initiatives to expand Visby's market reach and enhance customer relationships.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans tailored to each sales segment, incorporating both sales and marketing activities.
  • Customer-Focused Programs: Work closely with clinical leadership to develop solutions and programs that address customer needs, driving adoption and sales growth.
  • Communication & Sales Support: Support sales leadership in communication strategies, providing input for both national and regional sales meetings. Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Provide ongoing market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, utilizing this data to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Visby Medical. Cultivate relationships across departments and with external partners.
