Hey there! I’m Aaron, the Founder of BEMS Ventures, based out of Germany near Hamburg.
We’re an e-commerce business specialising in homeware and dinnerware, and we’ve grown quickly over the years.
With 13 team members (plus some awesome outsourced support), we handle everything from manufacturing to inventory management, with a strong presence on Amazon.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who’s proactive and ready to take full ownership of our supply chain.
You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating FBA shipments, demand planning, and keeping things running smoothly with our suppliers in China.
In this role, you will:
📦 Ensure accurate demand planning for multiple product ranges
🚚 Plan and execute Amazon FBA shipments with a 95% on-time delivery rate
📊 Optimise inventory levels using JTL and Netstock
📈 Optimise and drive implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures
🤝 Maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers to improve delivery times and product quality
💰 Reduce overall supply chain costs by 5-10%
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with flexible working hours.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Knowledge in Spreadsheets
✅ Strong analytical skills for demand planning
✅ Proven experience managing complex supply chain projects
✅ Expertise in inventory management systems like JTL and Netstock
✅ Ability to coordinate shipments between China and international fulfilment centres
Brownie points for:
⭐ Proficiency in Amazon SellerCentral
⭐ Knowledge of Amazon shipment guidelines
⭐ Experience working with international suppliers and managing sea/air freight
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and great at collaborating with teams across purchasing, sales, and warehouse departments.
You thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to changes in demand while always focusing on finding solutions.
