Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist clients effectively.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continual service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually evolve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English to ensure effective interaction.
  • Experience in customer support or a related role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
