Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Provide assistance with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Share insights and feedback on customer trends with management for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to developing effective customer service processes to ensure top-notch service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
