Built by former tire shop owners, our Tire Guru product is a cloud-based auto repair shop management system with a focus on repair shops that sell and service tires. To say we understand what a tire repair shop needs would be an understatement. From shop management software to accounting systems to website creation and management, we are truly a one-stop-shop.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. Your main objective will be to get prospective customers excited about what we're doing, schedule product demonstrations, and court through the sales process. You'll be in integral part of helping our team build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.If you are a sales person who is highly motivated, not afraid to make calls, technologically savvy, and looking for a high growth environment, we should talk!
What You'll Do:
- Cold Call and engage prospective customers by phone and email (estimated 200 calls per week).
- Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in the sales cycle.
- Work closely with our product teams to meet cross-selling initiatives (ie integrated payments and digital vehicle inspection tools).
- Create a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more (you'll be thoroughly trained on this!)
- Hit your monthly sales targets as assigned by the leadership team
- Participate in industry trade shows to showcase Tire Guru and acquire leads.
- Become a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections.
- Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes.
- Accurately enter and maintain clean data in our CRM (SFDC)
- Learn our technology stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom, Slack).
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- 2-4 years of proven software sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to make cold calls. We are looking for a true hunter.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time with a high-level of autonomy
