As part of the Product Management team, the Senior Product Manager’s primary responsibility will be to represent the needs of ThinkOn’s subscribers and resellers to the CTO office, software development group, and third-party vendors who collectively contribute to enabling services that solve Subscriber problems. The Senior Product Manager will work with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to help drive market success for ThinkOn’s products and solutions. This role will need to have strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, the Site Reliability Team, the Sales team, and the Marketing team.
Ideal candidates must be self-starters who have an eye towards treating their product lines as a general manager. Candidates must be comfortable with public speaking and addressing both internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of complex customer and vendor relationships is a must.
The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in moving ThinkOn towards being a Product Driven organization while maintaining and growing our bespoke solutions success that continues to make ThinkOn unique in the market. This includes defining and putting in place processes, documentations, and metrics required for an effective and enduring transition.
In this role, you will have direct input in the product strategy and roadmap for ThinkOn’s offerings. You will ensure that the roadmap aligns with the overall product and company vision, while being client and outcome focused. You will become an expert on the market, technology, and industry trends and will be looked at to describe the company product vision and direction consistently to both internal and external stakeholders.
