Job Title: Sales Executive 
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

About the Company:

We are a recruiting firm that provides services to Independent FedEx contractors all over the US. There are 6,000 contractors in 48 states total. The person will be cold calling them to inquire about how the contractors are handling recruiting and if they have a need for our services or support.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves making outbound cold calls to Independent FedEx contractors to identify their recruiting needs and offer services. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience with HubSpot, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to Independent FedEx contractors to identify recruiting needs.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively to build rapport and understand client requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and set up appointments for further discussions.
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track interactions and manage client information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Experience: Previous cold calling experience is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in cold calling.
  • Ability to communicate well and adapt to client needs.
