We are seeking a seasoned Public Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex insurance claims, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of insurance policies and regulations. This role involves leading a team of adjusters, managing high-profile claims, and ensuring fair settlements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of public adjusters, providing guidance and support.
  • Claims Management: Oversee and manage complex insurance claims from start to finish.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and support.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each claim.
  • Compliance: Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for new adjusters and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public adjusting or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
