NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Contractor Services Department has openings for Contractor Service Coordinators. 

Requirements

As a Coordinator, you will provide oversight to ensure NFR has adequate coverage to handle all preservation orders received and manage contractor performance. Responsibilities include assigning work orders, negotiating pricing adjustments, managing performance of contractors, conducting on-boarding interviews, expediting orders and researching contractor disputes. NFR’s rapport with Independent Contractors is paramount to its success. As a coordinator, you will be at the forefront cultivating and maintaining those relationships.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high-volume workload, ability to evaluate information and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in default mortgage servicing is preferred. Prior experience managing a vendor network is beneficial. Excellent Customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills and ability to multitask are necessary.


These positions are remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH and FL office. Remote locations are available in the following states: AL, GA, IA, MS, NC, SC, TX and VT
