Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET) with a strong focus on backend development using .NET technologies, with over 9+ years of experience in software development, with experience in technical leadership and delivering high-quality solutions in various domains; who will play a crucial role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing relevant technologies, tools, and practices aligned with our product strategy and priorities in an agile hands-on fashion. In this position, you will develop scalable, robust, and high-quality solutions while serving as a key technical authority, guiding high-level decisions, setting best practices, leading and mentoring other engineers. Your advanced technical skills, in-depth knowledge, and ability to influence complex engineering solutions will be essential in shaping the strategic direction of our projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing server-side logic, APIs, and data management systems, as well as contributing to technical documentation and solution architecture.
Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Microsoft Certifications included Azure are desired.
· Equivalent experience is also considered.
Professional Experience
· 9+ years of experience building Software Applications.
· 5+ years of experience working as a full stack software engineer with .NET
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side logic using .NET, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
· Integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models and algorithms into the backend systems to enhance application functionality and intelligence.
· Manage and optimize database operations using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient query performance.
· Develop and maintain APIs that support front-end functionality and third-party integrations, ensuring they are secure, robust, and scalable.
· Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor developers to promote best practices in software development.
· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the developed solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET.
o Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
o Expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
o Knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework.
o Experience with Web APIs & RESTful API design and development services.
o Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
o Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins o GitLab CI.
o Ability with Cloud Services such as Azure or AWS.
o Knowledge of writing and maintaining unit tests.
o Familiar with security (e.g., OWASP, OAuth, SSL/TLS).
o Experience with integrations.
o Knowledge of performance (e.g., Caching, Code optimization, Code Review)
o Hands-on experience in XP programming.
Desirable
o Basic knowledge/willing to learn of incorporating AI/ML algorithms into applications to enhance functionality and provide advanced data analytics.
o Familiar with GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding, enhancing development efficiency and accuracy.
