We’re looking for a data architect like you to solve complex challenges and deliver leading-edge solutions.  

As a data architect on our team, you’ll use your extensive technical expertise to lead the design of data architecture solutions for cloud computing, managed services, and service-oriented architectures. You’ll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams, working with project staff to make decisions and recommendations on future data architecture development, and analyzing data architecture-related business needs.

You Have:   

  • 5+ years of experience with performance assessment of complex systems using simulation modeling and performance analysis tools in use within Enterprise Engineering organizations

  • 3+ years of experience using current enterprise level network monitoring tools

  • 2+ years of experience with DoD services

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines

  • Experience with containerized deployment and orchestration

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and workflows to build pipelines

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Civil or Systems Engineering

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines

  • Experience with Java or Python

  • Experience using GitHub or GitLab with semantic version control

  • Experience in IaC and infrastructure automation with Terraform or Ansible

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
