Job description

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Revenue Management related systems business ownership. The successful candidate will work directly for the KBNA Revenue Management & Competitive Analytics Leader who is driving a transformational change around price setting, optimization, and execution. This associate will partner with a cross-functional team, which includes Sales, Business leaders and Digital Experience partners to successfully justify and drive adoption of these solutions to maximize profitability and top line growth.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Be the Revenue Management team functional business liaison for CPQ and Competitive Intelligence solutions with integrations into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Have strong understanding of SAP or Oracle tables and standard configuration knowledge.
  • Provide advice on best practices within SAP on requests regarding allowance and pricing conditions.
  • As project manager, enhance CPQ solution in partnership with Digital Experience & Platform functions. Conduct regular reviews, identify risks & opportunities, and develop user testing plans.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement, and professional channel sales teams to enhance the pricing and quoting process in SFDC & CPQ.
  • Research on how AI can be leveraged in existing systems and recommend tools to drive new foresight with business leaders and Digital Experience.
  • Partner with Business and Digital Experience teams to drive, develop & implement Trade Promotion (TPM), and Price Setting/Optimization strategy.
  • Plan and lead stakeholder feedback sessions. Clearly define & develop to-be business process improvements. Create clear training and best practice documentation that is easily understood by all stakeholders.
  • Establish in collaboration with Technology teams, a pricing systems governance model to execute changes and enhancements.
  • Drive research and discovery with external vendors on end-to-end pricing related solutions. Optimize and elevate pricing infrastructure through automation and embedded intelligence in collaboration with the Digital Experience function.
  • Updating & Maintaining list prices of the Kitchen & Bath brands in SAP platform and making sure the list prices are consistent across all other systems.


Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Digital Management Information Systems, Engineering or Finance.
  • Experience with pricing systems with vendors like (PROS, Vendavo, Vistex, Pricefx, or similar) preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years demonstrated ability to lead large transformational projects working with multiple functions.
  • At least 5 years of either ERP (SAP or Oracle) experience.
  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
  • Functional experience in IT, project management, or sales operations.
  • Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy to execution. Results minded with a focus on execution.
  • Ability to influence across and up in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex benefits and outcomes.

The salary range for this position is $98,900 - $125,600. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
