Job Title: E-Commerce Product Catalog Manager (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time US


Job Overview:

In this role, you will be the mastermind behind the product catalog, ensuring that every item is accurately described, beautifully presented, and easily accessible for the customers. You’ll work closely with the buying, marketing, and operations teams to maintain a catalog that reflects the style, quality, and fun that the brand is known for.



Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management: Lead the organization, classification, and maintenance of our product catalog, ensuring all items are up-to-date, accurately categorized, and beautifully showcased.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure all product data is precise, consistent, and complete, including descriptions, and SKUs.
  • Product Presentation: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and informative product pages that enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Quality Control: Regularly audit the catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, marketing, and operations to align product listings with overall business objectives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining cataloging processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 3 cataloging associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards are met consistently.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on catalog performance, product availability, and data accuracy, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.



Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a cataloging, inventory management, or related role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency with catalog management software. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
  • Creativity: An eye for aesthetics and the ability to work with creative teams to present products in a visually appealing manner.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop talent.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
