Job Purpose Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to act as the primary sales contact for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure portfolio, focusing onour barbed suture brand. You will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining existing sales, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key hospital departments and medical professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

The assigned territory will be North Eastern Spain as well as the Balearics. The candidate should reside in the Barcelona or vicinity.

What you will do:

• Reporting to the Business Development Manager , the Territory Sales Representative will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our customers. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of our barbed suture brand and other Wound Closure Corza brands. Responsible for meeting or exceeding territory quota and sales growth objectives.
• Responsible for presenting and selling Corza Medical W ound Closure portfolio with emphasis on the barbed suture brand.
• Measured on successful evaluations, conversions, and revenue growth within hospital targets.
• Primary hospital targets include orthopaedic and plastic surgical departments.
• Develop and implement tactical sales plans for expanding base business and new sales conversion opportunities.
• Conducts competitive cross-referencing, in servicing, and training support to surgeons and scrub nurses.
• Develops and maintains professional business relationships with key surgeons, physicians and nurses.
• Conducts prospecting and cold-calling initiatives to identify new sales conversion opportunities.
• Provides reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales funnels, and projects accurately and on time.
• Develops Corza Medical Wound Closure proposals and tender offers for future contracts.
• Communicates surgeon feedback and additional corporate support that may be required.
• Helps identify new KOLs for Corza Medical wound closure brands.
• Attends and works industry trade show exhibits and meetings as determined by Sales & Marketing Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  
  

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: minimum of 2 years, carrying full-line territory sales experience in medical products required; wound closure is a plus
• 50-75% travel within territory (depending on candidate’s location within region).
• Experience of working in hospital and observing surgical procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of tender procedures and preparation of tender offers.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Highly customer focused.
• Excellent selling and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of top sales performance, sales awards
• Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
• Must be able to analyse financial information.
• Fluent in Spanish, advanced English and Catalan desirable
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, PowerPoint as well as networks and internet applications.
