Procore is actively seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Specialist - Preconstruction and Analytics to guide and grow our team of Solution Specialists dedicated to driving sales of our Preconstruction and Analytics product lines. Your managers and sellers will play a critical role in being subject matter experts and trusted sellers for all of Procore’s Preconstruction and Analytics products (Bid Management, BIM, Estimating, Prequalification, Analytics). In this role you will drive sales strategy for your team and also own the cross-selling motion of your team’s accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will foster a culture of high performance and accountability in your team, while also having outstanding communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills. Through your leadership, your team will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your Solution Specialist team, consistently overseeing results, and directing team execution to meet and exceed sales objectives.

This position can be based at our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX office, but can also be remote. We are looking for candidates available to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Procore’s Solution Specialist - Preconstruction and Analytics team of managers and sellers to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration

  • Develop and execute the strategy to target, sell, and win accounts that would benefit from Procore’s Preconstruction and Analytics solutions

  • Support the development of your team through internal training and learning and development opportunities

  • Partner cross functionally with leaders in Sales and Customer Success to drive revenue performance in our strategic accounts and create best in class selling motions

  • Attract, hire, and retain high performing Solution Specialists through multiple recruiting channels

  • Assist your team in core selling activities such as selling Preconstruction and Analytics products to multiple external stakeholders, negotiating, presenting, and closing

  • Provide training and support to the team to better understand the role, Procore’s Preconstruction and Analytics products, and best practices for selling and communicating product value

  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual performance and historical trends

  • Share best practices to other Solution Specialist teams on the topic of selling, collaboration, and customer messaging

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience

  • 15+ years in quota-carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)

  • 5+ years of presales or technical sales leadership experience required

  • 3+ years of 2nd line leadership required

  • Experience in a presales role as the technical expert on complicated accounts with sales cycles that span multiple quarters 

  • Proven experience identifying and supporting seven-figure contracts

  • Construction experience in any capacity is a plus

  • Track record in hiring, developing, and promoting sales managers and representatives

  • Proven experience in executing sales leadership strategies that result in increased sales and development of high-performing teams

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $163,200 - $224,400 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $272,000 - $374,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
