Job Title: Remote Title Attorney (Licensed in Delaware)

Job Overview

This fully remote role requires a valid license to practice law in Delaware and presents a unique opportunity to enhance your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations of public records, abstracts of title, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to ascertain land ownership and lien positions for residential properties.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to property ownership, providing authoritative opinions on title matters.
  • Interpret and advise on title-related issues, assisting with title claims as necessary.
  • Research deed, filing, and other title-related legal requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with title companies to resolve processing and procedural challenges.
  • Uphold adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring high accuracy levels in all legal documentation.
  • Offer support and assistance to the Legal team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
