As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing our client portfolio, and leading our operations team towards success. If you possess over a decade of experience, a bachelor's degree, and a strong foundation in mortgage management and due diligence, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities through robust relationship-building.
  • Coordinate and conduct introductory meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and execute strategic follow-up initiatives.
  • Utilize social media, industry events, and direct outreach to optimize networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and prepare client reports.
  • Manage initial projects with new clients to ensure a smooth transition of their service requirements to our operations team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within a due diligence firm or the mortgage banking industry, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage sector and capital markets; familiarity with Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and due diligence processes is highly valued.
  • Established network with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators is advantageous.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and consulting abilities.
  • Proven capability to assess client needs and craft value-added solutions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in management combined with a solid foundation in mortgage due diligence.
  • Documented success in business development within the mortgage sector.
