Job Overview

We invite you to become an integral part of a prestigious AmLaw 200 firm as a Real Estate Legal Secretary in our San Diego office. This hybrid position not only provides the flexibility of remote work but also focuses on delivering exceptional support to Partners within the Real Estate Transactional practice area. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and organize closing documents, including the creation of closing binders.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage attorneys’ calendars, ensuring adherence to important dates and deadlines.
  • Conduct conflict checks for incoming client matters, prepare engagement letters, and manage the establishment of new client files.
  • Accurately maintain and update client matter files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide assistance to attorneys across various practice areas as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in software applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, with iManage experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary specializing in Real Estate.
