We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Mortgage Loan Processor/Closing Coordinator to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete loan processing and closing cycle, guaranteeing adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Act as the primary liaison for borrowers, guiding them through each stage of the loan process and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Prepare and disclose application packages, meticulously reviewing documentation to uphold compliance and precision.
• Coordinate the scheduling and management of mortgage closings, collaborating closely with attorneys to resolve any potential issues.
• Oversee a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely processing and the meeting of critical deadlines.
• Proactively address title challenges and documentation discrepancies as they arise throughout the loan process.
• Provide exemplary customer service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional banking products and services.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.
• Intermediate proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets; ability to interpret complex documents.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan administration is required.
• Familiarity with TRID regulations and experience with Loan Estimates & Closing Disclosures since 2015 is crucial.
• A High School diploma is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
